JanetMCCARTHYIt is with a heavy heart and great sadness we announce the passing of Janet on the 19th December aged 85.
A loving wife of Allen, devoted mum to Angie, Simon, Claire and Hayley, adored mother-in-law to Paul, Michael and Chèrie, cherished nanna and nannie to Lucy and Nic, Ashleigh and James, Derri and David, Sam, Adam, Holly and Katie, great-nana to Archie, Isla, Léo and Louis, dear sister to Brenda, Sean and Sandra and the late Doreen, Peter and Pauline. Janet will be missed by all her family and many friends, especially Margaret and family and Heather and family.
A celebration of Janet's life will be held at Grimsby Crematorium, on Monday 8th January 2024, at 11.15am.
Special thanks go to The Macmillan Palliative Care Team, The Haven Team and the staff at Kensington Care Home who took great care of Janet.
Flowers welcome or donations in her memory to Macmillan Nurses c/o St.Andrews Hospice, Peaks Lane, Grimsby, DN32 9RP, a donation box will be available at the service.
