GavinMCCAFFREYGavin ' Jake' of Derby passed away peacefully at home with his Mum and Scott on 27th May 2023 aged 36 years. Much loved Son of Jackie and the late Kevin. Brother to Nicola and Emma. Loving uncle to Laciann, Jailee-Mac, Ty, Tao, Beth, Josh, Aaliyah. Also a much loved Nephew and Grandson. The funeral service will be held at Markeaton Crematorium (Main Chapel) on the 4th July 2023 at 2.30pm followed by the 102 Club in Derby. All welcome.
