She was the gentlest smartest woman she encouraged peace between children and countries, she had a mission box in the house for poor starving children of Africa, she organized her daughters to help with taking clothes to laundrette, making beds, the dishes we didnt mind, although wanted the boys to help more..thoughtful gifts like music records, sent us to irish dance and ballet lessons, to the swim pool with nice chips afterwards, to Donegal in turns for holidays wirh beloved greav auntie Bee and uncle John, once a seaside trip to Rhyll in caravans just her, her beloved sister Margaret and her children, we all got sunburned,w e ate mince, carrot, potato every night and we didnt mind at all, chicken on sundays bought from the local butcher, she sent gifts of clothes and toys to grandchildren and skincare and a set of pyjamas Thanks mum for everything, so blessed we were to have you as a mother
