Alan AnthonyMATHEWSAfter many illnesses spanning ten years, Al died at Castle Hill Hospital suddenly.

Beloved husband of Jacky, loved by his stepsons, Scott and Craig, daughters in law, Charlotte and Natalie, his grandchildren and his much loved Liverpool family and friends.

He will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him.

The Funeral service will take place at Woodlands Crematorium on Wednesday 13th May 2026 at 2.40pm

Family flowers only please, but donations to Cancer Research and British Heart Foundation are welcome and can be made via the online funeral notices link

Sending heartfelt condolences to Jacky and Family.
I'll always remember Alan from my time at North Lindsey College as a lecturer in Welding and Fabrication and he was a sales representative for Engineering and Welding Supplies, during the 80s and 90s. I had tremendous respect and regard as he was never pushy, was professional and knowledgeable about their products. We always managed to make an amicable agreement regarding the sale. I found him to be a man of high integrity combined with warmth and respect for others.
May he rest in peace another good man down.
