Eileen TheresaMARSDENof Wellfield House, Accrington died on February 9, aged 79.
In 1961 she went to work in the office at William Blythe. In 1972 she left to have her two children.
Over the next few years she worked in the kitchen at St Anne's Primary School and she also worked for Pippa Dee. Later she worked at Associated Dairies. Finally, she worked as a catering assistant in the kitchens at
Accrington Victoria Hospital.
Eileen was very family orientated and loved holidays and family gatherings.
She loved meeting up with friends for a coffee or a night out.
She was a widow, her late husband was John Marsden. She leaves her daughter Suzanne, son Gerard,
son-in-law Mark, grandchildren Georgia, Ellie, Madeline and Mackenzie, great-grandson Freddie.
A service will be held on Wednesday, March 4, at Accrington Crematorium, Burnley Road, at 3pm,
conducted by Fr Theo Sharrocks.
Family flowers only, donations to East Lancs Hospice.
