Hazel JeanMANSFIELDPassed away peacefully at Western Park View Care Home on Monday 11th December 2023, aged 96 years.

A very much loved mum, grandma, nana and a great nan and great-grandma.

The funeral service will take place on Tuesday 2nd January 2024 at 12 noon at the Holy Trinity Church, Hinckley, followed by the committal at the Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton. Donations in lieu of flowers are being gratefully accepted for the 'Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance' (D.L.R.A.A) and may be sent c/o. G.
