ArthurMALTBYFollowing the sad loss of his wife, Dorreen, in November 2020, it is with great regret that we announce the passing of George Arthur Maltby at Blackburn Royal Hospital, aged 85. Father to David and Nicola, father-in-law to Tracy and Nigel and grandfather to Chris and Rob. Arthur will be remembered by many for his long tenure as Manager of the Rochdale Branch of the RSPCA between 1962-1993. Following retirement he moved to Waterfoot, Rossendale, where he and Dorreen made many new friends and were involved in the Riverside tenant association. Funeral service to take place on 17.5.21 at Burnley Crematorium at 11.30am.
