Aged 82 years, of Shelton Lock, passed away peacefully on February 10th 2004, after an illness bravely borne surrounded by his devoted family, beloved husband of Cath, dearly loved father of Paul, Cyril, Charlie, Morris and Stella, also a loving father and stepfather, a much loved grandad and great-grandad, a dear brother and brother-in-law, uncle and great-uncle and a good friend to many. Funeral Monday February 23rd, service 10.00am at Saint Edmund's Church, Allenton, followed by cremation at Markeaton Crematorium. Flowers may be sent to G. Wathall and Son Limited. There will be a reception held after the funeral at The Royal British Legion, Allenton.
