Thank you to all the doctors, nurses and district nurses who have looked after John, and for all the donations to the Holistic Centre and Ward 14 at James Cook Hospital, which we collected £572, also, many thanks to Rev. Paul Johnson for his Service and Lee and the staff at Crake and Mallon Funeral Service.
