GrahameLORDof Grasmere Road, Haslingden, passed away at home on February 14, aged 89 years.

Grahame started his career as a football player for Accrington Stanley and an apprentice electrician
whilst playing for Accrington Stanley at Richardsons.
He was a full time electrician when his football career ended in the early 60s,
he then became a self-employed electrician until retirement.

His hobbies and interests included football, cricket and golf, he played cricket for Rawtenstall and Edenfield
up to the age of 60. He also enjoyed going for a curry.
Grahame was a member of the Green Haworth Golf Club and played in many competitions.
He enjoyed going to watch cricket at Haslingden to watch his grandson play.

Grahame leaves behind his wife Margaret, four children Simon, Sarah, Andrew and Nicholas,
grandchildren Sarah, Harry, Josef, Oskar, Oliver, Benjamin, Isabelle, Megan and Molly and
great-grandchildren Grace and Rona.

A service will be held on Wednesday, February 25 at Accrington Crematorium at 2.20pm.

Family flowers, donations to Alzheimer's Research.

Anyone unable to attend the service are welcome to join the family at Haslingden Cricket Club
from 3pm to celebrate his life.
