PeterLOFTHOUSEPeacefully in hospital on 13th March, Peter aged 92 years. Dearly beloved Husband of the late Jean, much loved Dad of Grahame and Angela and also a special Brother, Father in law, Grandad and Great Grandad. A private family committal service will take place prior to a service of thanksgiving at Christ Church, Great Ayton on Monday 27th March at 12noon. Would friends please meet at Church. Family flowers only please by request, donations in lieu if so desired to Ward 1 James Cook University Hospital, a collection will be available at Church. Known Peter quite a few years. What a lovely gentleman. Proud to have known and bowled with him. Will be sadly missed by all at the Saltburn luntea bowls. Christine & Derek Doe

I didn't know Peter except through Grahame and Tricia but by all accounts he was a lovely man who enjoyed an active busy and independent life. He will be much missed. My condolences to Grahame and his family. Rest in Peace Peter. Sandra Dil
