Andrew JamesLOCK(Andy) Peacefully on 19th November 2018 at Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital Grimsby, Andy passed away aged 60 years. Beloved husband to Diane, loving dad to Jamie, Joshua and Jade, cherished grampsie, brother, much loved son of Gordon and Patricia and a good friend to many who will be missed by all. A service to celebrate Andy's life will be held at The Grimsby Crematorium on Thursday 29th November 2018 at 1:40pm. Family flowers only please by request.
