Loving husband to Nadia and much loved father of Kate & Gareth and grandfather to their children.
Tom will be sadly missed by all his family & friends.

The funeral service will take place on Friday 8th March at Sutton Coldfield Crematorium at 11:30am.
Family flowers only please. Donations if desired, to St. Giles Hospice.
