My dear, dear cousin I will miss the laughter and joy you brought to life. You were the most generous person I’ve ever known, generous in heart and with your time. Whenever anything was going wrong it was you everyone turned to and we will all be lost without you. Your positive attitude to life was astounding, even in the most difficult of times.
You were the one who lit up every room. At every family event, you’d have us laughing within minutes — no matter how serious the mood. You had a gift for making people feel good about themselves.
You made mischief fun and harmless and brought laughter to every situation helping people find peace when life felt heavy.
There’s a silence now where your voice used to be — and it’s deeply felt.
You were the glue that held us together. The organiser, the group chat starter, the one who made sure no birthday was forgotten and no reunion missed. You cared about everyone, checked in often, and knew how to lift people up without making a fuss. You made people feel important. Seen. Heard.
The family doesn’t feel quite the same without you — and it probably never will.
But we still laugh when we talk about you. You brought joy effortlessly. And that joy stays with us — in every memory, every smile, and every laugh you left behind.
