ArthurLISTERThe family of the late Arthur Lister of Staley House Residential Care Home and formerly of Droylsden, thank everyone for their kind messages of sympathy and donations to RNIB in his memory. The funeral took place at Droylsden Methodists on 5th January followed by a private cremation at Dukinfield. We thank the Rev Sue Williams for officiating and whose personal memories of him meant a lot to us, Norman Gill Funeral Directors, Droylsden, for their caring funeral arrangements and Cullens, Openshaw for the beautiful flowers. We also thank the staff at Tameside General Hospital A&E and AMU for the care they gave to Arthur in the two months preceding his death and special thanks to the staff at Staley House Residential Care Home for the care and love they gave to Arthur over the last eight years, and the support they gave to the family.
