CliveLINNETTFormerly of Huncote, late of Hinckley, Clive passed away peacefully on 6th January 2026 aged 82 years, in the Leicester Royal Infirmary following a short illness with leukaemia, with his daughters by his side.

Devoted Husband to Patricia, adored Dad to Helen and Ruth, and much-loved Father-in-law to Darran and Richard. A proud Step-Granddad to Ruby, Arthur and William, and Step-Great Granddad to Alfie.

Clive's funeral service will take place at St Michael & All Angels Church, Ravenstone, on Monday 2nd February 2026 at 11.30am. No mourning clothes to be worn please.

No flowers by request of Clive, but donations to Concordia Theatre's 2030 Project. A private cremation will take place at a later date.

Everyone is welcome to join the family for a light buffet & refreshments, served at The Concordia Theatre, Hinckley after the service.

CLIVE my oldest friend of 71 years we met when we started grammer school at eleven when we were young we spent nearly every sunday sat on the banking at mallory watching our favorite motorcyclists and car drivers,we have always kept in touch and no more so than in last few years when i have been at shows with my old tractor and you have been there with your old car and darren and the army reanactors always good to remember our holidays on the broads or when we bought your first car from simmos scrap yard for seven pounds ten shillings or the day in 1961 when we went to aintree in my dads old car for the British gand prix we had many adventures and good times together rest easy old mate lifes work well done.our condolences to all your family Robin and Jeanne Hill
