ElizabethLEWIS(Liz) Colin and the family of the late Elizabeth (Liz) Lewis wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness and sympathy, cards and floral tributes received on their recent loss. Thanks to the doctors and nurses in the various wards at St John's Hospital, Livingston and Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh for their care and attention extended to Elizabeth. The retiral collection raised ?450 on behalf of Arthritis Research UK.
