Margaret SusanLEWISJim and family would like to thank all relatives and neighbours for all their kindness and support during the sad loss of Margaret. They would also like to thank Dr M Braun and the staff at Macmillan Centre and Christie Hospital and the district nurses from the Earnswood Medical Centre for all their kindness and professional support. Also thanks to the staff at St Lukes Hospice even though her time there was very brief. Many thanks to Ian Lewsey for the lovely and moving service. We would like to extend special thanks to Mr Joseph O’Connell and all his staff for taking care of Margaret and for the very sensitive and professional way they took care of all our arrangements and the compassion shown to the family. Donations were received for The Iris Vision Centre in memory of Margaret
