Resting in the care of Michael G Ryan Son and Daughters 302 North Road, Cardiff CF14 3BN until the funeral on Tuesday 21st July. Service at Thornhill Crematorium, Wenallt Chapel, 1:30pm prior to the interment at Thornhill Cemetery 2:30pm.
Family flowers only please however, if desired, donations would be available for Caitlin's Teenage Cancer Trust & Leukaemia UK fundraising pages.
Following the funeral, all are welcome to join the family for light refreshments at The Old Cottage Pub, Lisvane CF14 0UE to share memories, pay tribute and celebrate Caitlin's life.
