It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Iris who died suddenly and unexpectedly surrounded by her family at Diana Princess Of Wales Hospital.
Iris was a beloved wife to her late husband Arthur, a dearly loved mother to Pete, Deck and Shelly,
A deeply cherished Nanna to Shane, Sophie, Kerry, Danny and Kade, a much loved great grandmother to Finley, Owen, Ellie, Jack, Tilly, Stanley and Alana, A loving sister to Jean a loving Auntie and a friend to many. Iris will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
A service to celebrate Iris’s life will take place on Thursday 1st May 2025 at Grimsby Crematorium at 10.30am followed by a wake at Grimsby Rugby Club, Springfield Road Grimsby.
All flowers welcome c/o Lincolnshire Co-operative Funeral Services, 246 Corporation Road, Grimsby, DN31 2QB.

This beautiful lady was a one off.
She was friends with many, great mum and nana.
I have spent hours talking to Iris, we laughed and reminisced about living next door to each other, and many things and neighbours people we had met along the way.
She will be greatly missed my all especially her family💖💖💖

How proud I am to be your daughter Mam,your beautiful, hardworking, honest and loving, you've always been there for us, you did your very best for us all and you always tried to make things easier for us, I miss you terribly, you'll always be in my heart and my thoughts every single day ..
