Much loved mum of Charlie, step-mum of Haley and Tom and grandmother of Eli and Addie. Loved daughter of Sandra and Joe. Dear sister of Jonathan and Julie. Dearest auntie of all her nephews and nieces. Sam will be greatly missed by all her family and many friends. A Private Cremation will take place.
