Pauleen BernadetteLAPHANIt is with broken hearts that the family of the late Pauleen Bernadette Laphan announce her passing on 24th February 2026.
Pauleen was born at home in Allerton, Liverpool on 15th May 1940. She passed away peacefully at the Liverpool Royal aged 85 with her loving family at her side.
A devoted wife of 66 years to Tom. A beloved mother to Colin and Andrea. An amazing and caring Nanny to her 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. A very special lady to her children and grandchildren-in-law, and a truly wonderful friend to everyone she met.
Pauleen will be so greatly missed by everyone that knew her. Her passing has truly left a hole in our lives and our hearts.
Requiem Mass will be held on Wednesday 18th March 2026 at 12pm at Bishop Eton Church. Information to follow regarding a small celebration afterwards.
Those attending are invited to wear a splash of colour if they wish, to honour Pauleen's memory. Family has requested that there be family flowers only but donations if desired to Cancer Research North West in memory of Pauleen. A donations box will be available at the church or please follow link provided.
