My beautiful Nan.
One of the strongest women I know. You fought so hard and have been so brave. I can't begin to explain the pain and hurt I feel knowing you are no longer here. I love you so much Nan. You are exactly where you wanted to be. On your Rainbow with Grandad.
Give him a big hug and a kiss from me.
I love you so so much, my angel in the sky. Sleep tight.
I'll forever be looking out for Rainbows in the sky, knowing when I see one you are both near and together once again.

I love you Nan,
lots of love
