Jacqueline AnnKIRK(née Kealey) It is with deep sorrow and much love that we announce the passing of Jacqueline Kirk, lovingly known as Jackie and former Captain of the 13th Derby Girls' Brigade. Dedicated Mother to Robert and Emma, wife of the late Hadge, loving Grandma to Joshua, Sophie, Mitchell, Charlie and the late Macy. Great Grandma to Casper, adored partner of Gus, Mother in law to Ang and Kev, sister to Vince and friend to many.

After a long and courageous battle Jackie passed away peacefully aged 83 on Sunday 21st June 2026 surrounded by her loved ones.

A service to celebrate Jackie's amazing and vibrant life, dedicated to helping and supporting others through her career at the Derby Language Centre and Normanton Junior School, as well as her voluntary and charity work, will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday 21st July at St Giles Church, Village Street, Derby, followed by a short service at Markeaton Crematorium. Attire - bright and colourful, anything that reminds you of Jackie.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Derbyshire Children's Holiday Centre, Skegness and Rainbows Hospice for children and young people in Jackie's honour on the day or at justgiving.com/team/jackiekirkimo
