Andrew MalcolmKINGCynthia, Janet, Malcolm and family would like to thank everyone for their kind expressions of love, sympathy, support and the many messages, cards, flowers and generous donations totalling ?2350 in aid of Action Against Cancer. Special thanks to Reverend Rashell Beya for a moving and memorable service and for supporting our family. Also, thanks to Andy's Royal Marine friends for being pallbearers, to Ashbourne Aztecs Football Club for being Guards of Honour and the lovely newspaper tribute, and to everyone who has been involved in making it such a special send off for Andy. Thank you.

Time has passed , but the time has come that I now needed to send my love to you … I know I refused your marriage proposal and our move to Mauritius, but that was meant to be … we had an amazing time in life together and you still haunt me now - I nursed you and loved you , we laughed together so much during our 20’s, I sent you so many sugared almonds on that ship!!!lol.
You’ll never ever be forgotten Andy - you were a stunner ! It has taken me a few years to say this but - I’ve got there !! All your family are very lucky to have shared their lives with you. Our little chapter was amazing and a part of my life that I am truly grateful of ! Thank you for harassing me for so long in the Broadway Pub, Derby for so long and the fitting of the sun visor in your first car /white vw polo- for me and my eyes , thank you …❤️

It still feels surreal today. One of the finest people I ever had the privilege to know is no longer with us. I will never forget the good times, the beers, the footy, and - of course - the deep discussions about all which can be summed up as 'life'. See you on the other side my friend.

There’s not enough words to describe how much we all miss Andy.
I still look back at our old text messages. Makes me smile, some of the conversations we had. Fantastic memories.
