RayKENYONLoving Partner, Dad, Grandad, Brother, Uncle and friend.

Ray passed away surrounded by his family's love on Wednesday 25th February.
Born in Bootle and a proud NHS worker for nearly forty years,
he was known across the Liverpool hospitals as the funny, friendly porter who could put anyone at ease.

A loving partner, a devoted Dad, a much‑adored "Mad Grandad", a cherished Brother and a dear Uncle.
Ray brought warmth, humour and generosity wherever he went, whether at work,
at home or over a pint in a pub where he always seemed to know someone.

He leaves behind a family who love him deeply and who will forever carry his kindness,
his laughter and the example he set.

Ray's service will be held on Wednesday 11th March at 1:30pm
at Thornton Crematorium ,followed by a celebration of Ray's life with friends and family.

Rest peacefully, Ray. You will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing you.

Family have respectfully requested to have family flowers only, however, in lieu, if wished in Ray's memory,
donations online or on the day can be made for the benefit of British Heart Foundation or The Stroke Association.

Sorry to hear about Ray. He was much loved. Always remember when I was little going over for Sunday lunch with my sister Barbara and Ray’s brother Alan. He was always fun.

Ray, you greeted me with open arms the first time I met you, you always made me feel so welcome and took a great interest in how I was doing.

The Banter from the start was on another level, dry, witty, and on occasion coupled with a hint of sarcasm, that always made us both belly laugh.

As for our more serious chats usually about Everton, they could reach the highs of euphoria to the lows of shear disappointment, but we do love them Ray!

I will never forget you

Devastated Son-In-Law
