Del, I held you in my arms as you drifted away, While I whispered 'I will always love you every day', I stroked your head and held your hand so tight, While you were so brave to put up a good fight. I knew you had to go to sleep, As the tears rolled down my face to weep. I will love you for ever in my heart, We will never ever be apart. Will always love you.
