So sorry to hear of Bill's passing. A lovely kind man, always cheerful, and I enjoyed talking to him whenever we met up. R.I.P. Bill you will be sorely missed. Condolences to Russell and family. Arthur Lee

I had the pleasure and privilege of working with Bill for many years on many projects. Bill was always happy to do anything he was asked. He was always very professional, approachable and wiling to help everybody. Bill was also a very good friend and regularly joined and entertained us on our team outings. He was the kindest, funniest and most generous person who will be sadly missed. Lots of love to Russell and all of Bill’s friends and family from Jamie and the tools support team.

Bill, our dear colleague and friend, you left a hole in our hearts and none of us was prepared for it. You will be sorely missed, but also remembered as the king of kindness, friendliness and a big smile, always having an appetite to help others and to learn. You were impossible to fall out with due to your warm attitude towards people and it is something we could all learn from you. Our team and MoJ was lucky to have you!
