KENNETH HEAFIELDHEAFIELD Kenneth Colin Tina wishes to thank her family and friends for all the love, support, prayers and expressions of sympathy which she has received at this time. Also to all who attended the funeral, it was a great comfort to see so many friends and colleagues. Special thanks go to George Butterfield for reading the lesson to Ken Handley for his very fitting tribute, to the Reverend Katherine Buck of St Chad's Church for a very caring Service and to George Poole of Stacey's, for his personal support and professional service. Many thanks also to members of Cannock Cricket and Hockey Club for their help and support and to friends from the squash Club for their part both on the day of the funeral and continued care. Donations to St Giles Hospice in Ken's memory will be forwarded when the collection is completed.
