DemelzaKELLOWDemelza, known as Dee, formerly of Truro Cornwall but residing in Chelmsford in recent years, so very sadly passed away at Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford, Essex on the 12th August 2026, aged just 38.
Dee was a kind, caring and outgoing person who loved spending time with her children and making a happy home for her family. She enjoyed making TikTok videos, tattooing, drawing in her art books, going for walks with her children and listening to music. She was passionate about helping both herself and others, and was always there for anyone who needed someone to talk to, no matter what time of day or night. A lovely happy person, who genuinely cared about those around her.
She will be missed by her many friends and family, but most especially her parents, Chrissy and Patrick, her children Leo, Blake and Tyler; and her brothers and sisters, Matt, Sally, Ben, Chris, Carlos & Emily. There is a small comfort in knowing that she is reunited with her daughter, Skye.
A celebration of Dee's life will be held at Trelawny Chapel, Penmount Crematorium, Truro on Monday 14th September 2026 at 4pm. Please do wear a splash of colour, rather than traditional funeral attire
Family flowers only please, but donations in memory of Demelza will be to benefit ICU/High Dependency unit of Broomfield Hospital, who cared for her with such great love and attention. Donations may be received by retiring collection, or sent to the Funeral Director at the address below
