Such tragic news. I worked with Colin in NPT hospital and he was such a character. I will never forget the manual handling course I did with him. I bet you are reorganising the stores up there already. RIP Colin, you will be sorely missed. Sue

CK, my lovely friend. I will miss hearing your ‘thunderous footsteps’ up the corridor and popping my head out of my room to catch you for a chat. You never failed to make me laugh. 18 years we have known eachother and I shared lots of my dramas with you which I know would never go any further, mostly because you couldn’t be ars*d to gossip. Many a private joke shared and silly one liners that make me giggle everytime I think of them. One of my favourites was hearing one of your mates describe you as ‘an acquired taste’. Something I now know isn’t true after seeing everyone turn up for you today. I know you’d hate all this fuss so I will finish by saying I will miss you. RIP my friend x

Colin

You were a great friend, you kept me company while I worked & lived at the Old Prince Inn (2007/2008).
Many laughs, games of pool, sing alongs & pints of John Smiths.

I will remember you for your incredible sense of humour & kindness!

RIP old friend
