Eric JohnKAYof Cherry Crescent, Rawtenstall, died peacefully at home on July 7.
Eric worked at Duralay in Haslingden before retiring and spending his time with family,
playing the piano and watching cricket, a lifelong interest and hobby when younger, playing for several local teams.
Eric was the widower of Valerie Kay, and dad to Suzanne, Steven and Martine, stepdad to Sarah and Victoria,
much loved grandad to Thomas, Matthew, Olivia, William, Charlotte and Oliver,
and to his grand-doggies Millie and Sandy.
The funeral will take place at Accrington Crematorium at 1.40pm on Friday, August 1;
family flowers only, but donations are welcome to Cancer Research.
