Graham WilliamJONESGraham sadly passed away on the 13th July. He was a devoted husband and much loved Dad and Grampy. Dearly loved and missed by all his family and friends, but never forgotten.
A celebration of his life will take place at 11:30am on Wednesday 5th August in the Wenallt Chapel at Thornhill Crematorium, CF14 9UA. Please wear funeral attire with a splash of colour. A black tie is not required.
Family flowers only. Donations will be gratefully received in his memory for 'Help for Heroes'.
The family would like to thank the Lymphoma Team and the Critical Care Team at the University Hospital of Wales for their care and support over the last six months.
