BarbaraJONESPeacefully passed away on Tuesday 3rd February 2026, surrounded by her loving family at Morriston Hospital, aged 88 years. Devoted wife of the late Bill, loving mother of Alison and the late Vivian, more than a nanny to Kayleigh and Leoni and a cherished great nanny Barb to Ashlee, Maci, Jake, Georgia. Barbara will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends. The funeral service will take place on Thursday 5th March 2026 at St James Parish Church, Walter Road, Swansea at 2:00pm, followed by interment at Oystermouth Cemetery at 3:15pm. In light of Barbara's fighting spirit and love for colour, anyone attending may wear any colours, with her particular favourites being lilac and turquoise. Family flowers only by request, donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the RNLI (Royal National Lifeboat Institution) via funeral-notices.
