Carem fynegi ein gwerthfawrogiad diffuant o'r gofal arbennig dderbyniodd Mam gan wasanaeth Nyrsus Cymunedol Rhuthun a gweinyddesau Marie Curie yn ystod ei gwaeledd, ac am bresenoldeb llu o'i chyfeillion a'i chydnabod yn yr angladd.

Sian, Huw and Hywel and all the family of the late Rhiannon Jones, Llanrhaeadr wish to express their sincere thanks for all the kindness and sympathy shown towards them following the loss of a dear and special mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
We are extremely grateful for the excellent and compassionate care Mam received from the Ruthin Community nurses and the Marie Curie team, and to all who attended the funeral.
Many thanks to the Rev, Andras Iago for leading the dignified service and kind words on the day of the funeral, Mrs Carys Williams, the organist and to Deiniol Jones and the staff of R.W. Roberts for their dignified and professional funeral arrangements.
The generous donations received towards Tenovus and Marie Curie are also hugely appreciated.
