Beloved husband of Heather, loving step father of Ben and his partner Jenny and Katie, proud grandad of Amy.
Funeral service and committal at Colwyn Bay Crematorium on Wednesday, 13th December at 11.45am.
No flowers but donations in memory of Mel will be gratefully received by The Welsh Air Ambulance via online donations or left on the offertory plate at the crematorium.
