Diolch arbennig i staff Gofal Bro a Thîm Nyrsio Ardal Caernarfon am eu gofal a'u tosturi dros y blynyddoedd. Mae gwerthfawrogiad dwfn hefyd yn cael ei ymestyn am y rhoddion caredig a dderbyniwyd tuag at Tîm Nyrsio Dosbarth Caernarfon.
The family of the late Mr Richard (Richie) Jones of Ffordd Elidir, Caernarfon would like to express their sincere gratitude for the support and sympathy received in their recent bereavement. Thank you to the Reverend Geraint Roberts for his kind words and service at the Crematorium, to Gwilym Jones & Son for the funeral arrangements and to Caffi Cymunedol Bethel for the funeral tea. A special thank you to Gofal Bro staff and the Caernarfon District Nursing Team for their care and compassion over the years. Deep appreciation is also extended for the kind donations received towards the Caernarfon District Nursing Team.
