Nothing was too much trouble when we needed you, through the good and bad times and our memories of you will never fade. You can now reunite with Dad and brother David. RIP. Today is the day I have dreaded, it’s been 1 whole year with out nan. A whole year I will never forget this time last year, I was in hospital and I got the dreaded phone call that shattered me into million pieces. 💔

This photo will forever hold a special place in my heart. This time last year you grew your wings and do you know what nan, a lot has gone on this past year & it’s been one hell of a rollercoaster ride that’s for sure.

Until we meet again nan, save me a seat up there won’t you.
