Graham ColinJONESSadly passed away peacefully at Queens Hospital on Saturday 16th June 2018 aged 78 years.
Graham will be sadly missed by his beloved wife Sheila, son Hugh, daughter-in-law Amy, granddaughter Imogen and other family and friends.
Funeral Service will take place on
Tuesday 3rd July at 1.30pm,
at Fradley Crematorium.
