ù ùJONESJONES - Gwyneth Vina and Carol and families of the late Gwyneth Jones (Gwen the Lodge), previously Cwrt Dowell, Prestatyn, would like to thank everyone for their messages of sympathy and support received at this sad time. Also beautiful floral tributes and donations towards the upkeep of Dyserth Church. Gwen had lived at Pearlcare/Sandford Residential Care Home, Prestatyn for the last year (until a final heart attack on her 93rd birthday on 25th March, passing away at Glan Clwyd Hospital) Thanks to the staff at Sandford, especially Kathy, Cara, Lucy and Zowie. Grateful thanks to the staff of A & E dept and ward 2, Glan Clwyd Hospital for their wonderful care which will never be forgotten. Thanks to all doctors and staff of Park House surgery and appreciation to St Melyd Golf Club for the refreshments. Thanks to the Rev Bryn Jones for his beautiful service. Finally thanks to everyone at Tegid O Jones, Funeral Directors, High St, Prestatyn, for their excellent arrangements and our special thanks to Richard for his guidance and thoughtful attention to every detail
