MiriamJONESMiriam aged 93 years of Macclesfield, peacefully passed away on Thursday 21st December 2017. The funeral took place on Thursday 4th January 2018 with service and committal at Macclesfield Crematorium. Mark and family in their recent bereavement, would like to express their sincere and grateful thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence and donations received in memory of Miriam for The Alzheimer's Society. Thanks are also extended the Staff at Woodlands Care Home, Social Workers, Intermediate Care Care Team, and Ward 11, Macclesfield Hospital for all their support, to Jill, Arty and Liz for all their care and help and to Reverend David Harrison for his comforting ministrations.
