SallyJONESApril 1 2014 Peacefully in the care of Leighton Hospital Sally passed away on the 1st April, aged 78 years. The beloved wife of Medwyn, much loved mum to Barry, Mandy, Mark and the late Paul, also a cherished grandma, great grandma, and dearest sister who will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by her family and friends. Sally's funeral will take place at Crewe Crematorium Chapel on Friday 11th April at 11.20am followed by cremation. Donations are welcome to Cancer Research.
