KaranJOHNSONPeacefully passed away on Monday 9th February 2026, with her immediate family at her side.

A much loved wife to Philip and brilliant mother to Anjuli and Alex, and a wonderful Nana to two grandchildren Iestyn and Dylan; will be deeply missed by all.

Thanks to the staff in A&E Majors and on Ward 108 at the Royal Stoke University Hospital for their understanding and respect. A special thank you also goes to all the carers that have helped her over the years. A cremation and a celebration of Karan's life will be held in Bradwell, near Chesterton. All family and friends, past and present, are welcome to attend both. Karan's wish: please wear bright colours and donations to Douglas Macmillan Hospice rather than fresh flowers. "She was my soulmate and life companion and now there is a Karan-shaped hole in my heart" -- Phil
