We thank our wonderful family, neighbours and friends for all the lovely cards and flowers sent to us and also donations so gratefully received. Special thanks to Lisa, the lovely ambulance lady who first attended to Richard and the rest of the team who assisted. Special thanks to Sarah for the moving service, special thanks to the Belle Vue Tavern for hospitality and an extra special thank you to Miss Palmer and her team - What would we do without you.
