JOHN GEORGE DAWSONDOWSON (Spital Tongues). Late of Benwell. Suddenly in hospital after a long illness, on December 26th, aged 81 years, John George, beloved husband of the late Ada, devoted dad of Ronnie, Brian, Norman, David, Margery, Colin, Irene, Gloria, Norma, Angela and the late Stephen, a dearly loved brother, brother-in-law and uncle, also a devoted granda and great grandad. Would friends please meet for a service and cremation at the West Road Crematorium, on Monday 7th January at 11.00am. All welcome afterwards for refreshments at The Companions Club, Leazes Road, Newcastle.
