Phil passed away peacefully at home on August 1st aged 79 years surrounded by his loving family.
A beloved husband of Susan, a loving dad, granda, great granda and a good friend to all who knew him.
Would family and friends please meet for funeral service at Saltwell Crematorium on
Tuesday August 25th at 11.15am.
Family flowers only please donations in lieu to the Alzheimer's Society Charity.
All are welcome to the Wardley Social Club after the service to celebrate his life.
