Thomas FredericksenJENKINSTOM Passed away peacefully at Ysbyty Ystrad Fawr on 5th December 2018 aged 88. Beloved Husband of the late Ruby, loving Step-Dad and Bampi, who will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Resting at Ellis Williams Funeral Home NewBridge until his funeral service on Friday 21st December at Ellis Williams Private chapel at 10:00am, followed by Burial at Western Cemetery Ely Cardiff at 11:30am.
