GraceJEFFERISGrace passed away peacefully at the RUH Bath with Ralph & Deb by her side. Reunited with Philip. Grace was loved by her son-in-law Paul along with her 5 grandchildren & 8 great grandchildren.
Grace will be sadly missed by her family & the many friends she had.
The cremation will take place at Haycombe Valley Chapel on Thursday 6th June at 1pm. All welcome
