ThomasJARVISPassed away peacefully at home on 25 September 2025, aged 78 years.
Beloved husband of Hazel, much loved father of Derek and Paul, Grandpa to Joy and brother to Moira.
He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
The funeral will be held in the Main Chapel at Markeaton Crematorium on Monday 27 October at 12:30pm.
