DaleJAMESSadly passed away on Thursday 18th December at Morriston Hospital.

Husband of many years to Debra, loving father to Travis and Trent,
much loved son to Jean and Graham, dearly loved brother to Stephen and sister-in-law Sharon,
dearest uncle to Camille, Tristan and Harvey.

Dale will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.

Funeral service will take place at
Swansea Crematorium on
Monday 19th January at 12:30pm.

Family flowers only please but donation if so desired in memory of Dale can be made to:
